Where do I begin? I thought I’d have so much more time to blog since leaving corporate life in April. I thought my house was going to be clean, I was going to keep up with the laundry, I’d cook something every night, read a new book every month and bake bread every week. Who was I kidding? To be honest, I didn’t think that would be me, but I did hope for more balance and down time. What I’ve got now is chaos. We are moving 0.8 miles in four days and when I start packing or think about packing I need to lay down. So, yeah, it’s not going well.
I have so much stuff. Crap. Why do we hold onto so much? Why is it so hard to let go?
Oh, and the baby is on the move. Almost 10 months old and is a solid 21lbs. He loves him some food. All the time. Food and mama’s milk. Just shoves his head in my chest whenever he wants. Wherever he wants. He’s also sporting four pearly whites and is looking so different. He is so sweet and mischievous.
It’ll be quiet here for awhile while we pack and settle into our new place and get ready for the holidays.
Never a dull moment.
