Both of my children were born with a head full of hair, leading me to believe they were going to hae thick manes when they got older. When my now 11 year old daughter was young her hair changed from super manageable and curly to super thick and frizzy seemingly overnight. Taming her hair has been quite the journey and we’ve tried tons of products hoping one would thoroughly moisture and define her naturally curly hair without stripping it of it’s natural oils. Little did I know how difficult of a task this would be. I’ve struggled for years to find THE product her hair needs add on a sensitive scalp and our options have felt very limited.

Enter SoCozy Hush.

Many of the products we’ve tested have come from conversations with friends about what producrs work for them and their families. I hadn’t heard of SoCozy before and was intrigued at thier approoach to hair care. Many hair products that claim to be gentle on kids scalp and tough on hair haven’t stood up to the job. So I was excited to hear about the new SoCozy Hush line (which you can find in the baby aisle) formulated specially to treat sensitive scalp. Given my daughter’s sensitive scalp and dry skin, the products being dermatologist and allergy tested really appealed to me as we’ve had to be very careful of what products her skin comes into contact with. We use dye free detergent and lotion formulated for sensitive skin so it was a no brainer to use hair care products for sensitive scalp.

A week in and I’m pretty happy to share the products are indeed made for sensitive scalp. My daughter doesn’t flinch when it’s time to detangle or moisturize after using the products which was a huge problem before!

So far so good! Keeping my fingers crossed that we’ll have the same success using the products on my son when he gets older.

Have you heard of SoCozy? Would you use their products on your family?
