Now that Fall is here I’ve been craving comfort foods – potatoes (bakes, fried, mashed), cheese (mac & cheese, nachos) and big ol bowls of warm pasta and delicious sauce. So of course I had to post about National Pasta Month with Boston-Born Prince Pasta! I didn’t know the pasta company had roots in Boston and they’ve most recently partnered with the Pallotta chef owners of a local Italian hotspot NEBO Restaurant to develop recipe videos for four easy, great-tasting pasta recipes which are feature on Prince’s Facebook page.

Prince sent us a dinner kit which we tore open and of course – made a big ol bowl of spaghetti with!

Only afterwards I realized there were yummy recipes included! I can be so impatient!

Oh and did you know that Wednesdays are Prince Spaghetti Days?! Yep – if you visit the Prince Pasta Facebook page on Wednesday’s you’ll have exclusive access to video recipes by the Pallotta sisters! Last week a Prince Breakfast Pasta recipe was shared. You heard me right…pasta for breakfast! There are crazier combinations, so I’m definitely intrigued:

And today a yummy Prince Pasta Al Forno recipe was shared. I’m no foodie (though I love to eat) and had to figure out what Al Forno meant! It’s – simple enough – baked pasta! I’m always learning! This delicious pasta dish will be sure to be a hit for everyone in your family!

Will you and your family Celebrate National Pasta Month? It’s going to be a monthly celebration in our house! Just last night I used Prince Rotini mixed with broccoli and cauliflower and smothered in a butter/basil/garlic/red pepper sauce. It was just heavenly!!

What’s your favorite pasta recipe?

Dinner Made Easier with Foodler

September is by far the busiest month in our house. As the summer comes to an end, we gear up for the start of school and extracurricular activities. Not to mention both mine and my daughter’s birthdays are in September…four days apart. Part of my Libra traits is to be balanced – but there is little that is balanced in September. And once September is over we gear up for Halloween and the holidays. It’s an exciting and beautiful time of year, but I never feel like I have any spare time.

We try not to eat out a lot, but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. Because we don’t order take out often when we do it can be a hassle, which just frustrates me. I need the process to be simple and straightforward, and fast! I’ve become such a huge fan of Foodler, they make it so easy to order good food fast and has saved the day on quite a few occasions!
